Most of the pieces that leave our shop started as an idea someone brought through the door: a sketch, an inherited stone, a photo saved on a phone, or simply a story about the person the piece is for. Custom work here is not a form you fill out. You sit down with Virginia Ann, talk through what you want the piece to mean, and design it together.
From there, we source the stone, share the design as it develops, and stay in touch through every step until the finished piece is in your hands. Anniversaries and birthdays are where this shines: a piece designed around the relationship, the person, and the story. Whether it is a milestone gift, a custom engagement ring, or a redesign of an heirloom you want to wear again, the process is personal from the first meeting to the final polish.
And if the moment calls for something ready today, the showroom carries finished pieces you can walk out with. Custom projects are by appointment, and the first conversation is simply that: a conversation.

Gianni Vincent Jewellers is owned and run by Virginia Ann, a GIA Diamonds Graduate. When you visit the shop at The Grove at Isleworth, she is the person you talk to, and a master jeweler works on premise, so your piece never leaves our hands.
